If 95-L can sneak a decent 12 hours over the extreme southern Bay of Campeche, it's not completely out of the realm of possibility...albeit a very slim window. Evidence of a nearly closed low over Belize with southwesterly winds reported in south-central Belize. Regardless, likely to not develop, but more heavy rain for Mexico.
Well the NHC has a recon flight planned for 95L for tomorrow.

coffeecups: Came home to Harvey from Slidell. Had a little rain here and there. There was no rain in Slidell when I left at 3:30pm. While in NO EAST, I saw where it looked like it was storming around Covington going towards Slidell. Wet but no rain when I got home
